Members and invites

In Tirify you can invite staff to your store and grant them access through roles.

Inviting a member​

  1. Admin panel → Team → Invite
  2. Staff member's email
  3. Select a role (system or custom)
  4. The staff member receives an email with an invite link
  5. After registration they see the store in their list

Managing members​

  • Change role — can be promoted or demoted at any time
  • Remove — the staff member loses access to the store
  • Membership is recorded in Membership (User + Store + Role)

Organizations​

Stores are grouped into organizations (Organization):

  • The owner creates an organization on registration
  • Multiple stores can belong to one organization
  • OrgOwner — organization owner (there can be more than one)
  • Billing is at the organization level
